THE STORY

5 January 2001 – Pierrefort, Cantal

On that day, Jean Todt and those close to him unveiled the plaque for the street that now bears his name, in his home village. Nicolas Joulvé, creator of the Liadou du Vallon, had come to present him with the cutlery craftsmanship of the region.

A relationship grew between the two men, founded on shared passions, respect for a job well done and attachment to the land. From this friendship, in 2026, came the idea of an exceptional edition.

A commitment that unites us

True to the values of commitment that are dear to him, Jean Todt wished to associate this collection with the Paris Brain Institute (Institut du Cerveau), of which he is a founding member and vice-president. Each donation contributes to research into diseases of the brain and nervous system.
