Table knives (fixed blade) with a hand-shaped carbon fiber/titanium handle. This composite material is extremely strong and gives a unique character to these very high-end Liadou table knives. The plates are hand-chiseled. The blade is made of Björkmans Twist stainless Damascus steel. These knives must be washed by hand and dried quickly. Dishwasher washing must be excluded.
Due to the aesthetic characteristics of this steel, these knives equipped with a Damascus blade cannot be engraved.

This knife is made with the greatest care. The handle materials are carefully selected from the most beautiful species or materials. It is handcrafted in the purest cutlery tradition. If, despite all our efforts, a manufacturing defect causing a defect or mechanical breakage of the blade, spring, tang, plates, nails or screw elements appears, we undertake to repair and return the defective knife to you free of charge.
