Liadou Heritage

The “ Liadou Heritage ” collection invites you to discover the living history of Aveyron through exceptional knives, handcrafted in our workshop in Marcillac-Vallon. Each model pays tribute to an aspect of the local heritage, whether historical, cultural, or sporting.
Among our flagship pieces, the Liadou de Conques stands out for its oak handle sourced from the former timber frame of the Sainte-Foy abbey church, which was recently dismantled during restoration work. Limited to 1,000 copies, it embodies the region’s winemaking history (it was the monks of Conques who first brought the vine here).
The Liadou Paul Lignon and the Liadou Camille are linked to Aveyron football and rugby. The Liadou du Quilleur, meanwhile, celebrates the tradition of eight-pin bowling, while the Liadou Marcillac pays tribute to the winemakers of Marcillac.
