- Enter the address www.le-liadou.com.
- Follow the instructions on the site.
- Follow the instructions required to validate the order.
- Complete the order form, filling in the mandatory fields so that your selection can be taken into account. When placing and validating the order, and when providing their personal data, bank card number and the related confidential data, the Customer undertakes to comply with these contractual terms pursuant to article 1316-1 of the French Civil Code.

For any further information relating to an order, please contact our sales department by email: contact@le-liadou.com.
Article 5 - Payment terms - Secure payment
The customer's purchases are paid for by bank card (Carte Bleue, Visa, American Express and MasterCard cards are accepted, as well as payments via PAYPAL).
As the order is only validated if the product(s) are available within the agreed time frame, the transaction will be debited immediately from the customer's bank card after verification of the card details, upon receipt of debit authorisation from the company that issued the bank card used by the customer.
In accordance with the provisions of article L 132-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, a commitment to pay given by means of a payment card is irrevocable. By providing their bank card number and the information mentioned below to the secure payment system via PAYPAL (including for payments made by bank card) (none of the customer's banking information is collected by LE LIADOU DU VALLON), the customer authorises the company LE LIADOU DU VALLON to debit their bank card with the total VAT-inclusive amount of their order (including any delivery costs).
To this end, the customer confirms that they are the holder of the bank card to be debited and that the name on this bank card is their own, and then provides, in a secure environment on the website of our secure online payment partner, the sixteen-digit number and expiry date shown on the front of their bank card, as well as, where applicable, the visual cryptogram numbers shown on the back of their bank card.
In the event that, for whatever reason, it proves impossible to debit the sums owed by the customer, the sale shall be immediately and automatically cancelled and the electronic purchasing process terminated.
Only our banking partner, through its secure area, has knowledge of the customer's banking information. This information does not pass through the site www.le-liadou.com in any way.
Article 6 - Shipping and delivery
Our deliveries are made via DHL home delivery to the address specified by the Customer when ordering. The parcel is handed to the Customer or to the recipient named when the order was placed.
