Le Liadou ® du Quilleur
The 2nd most widely played sport in Aveyron after football, "quilles de huit" (eight-pin skittles) has been extremely popular and deeply rooted in the culture and traditions of our département for over a century.
Born of a meeting between Philippe Mouysset, a skittles player and craftsman from Bozouls, and Nicolas Julvé, manager of the Le Liadou du Vallon cutlery workshop in Marcillac, Le Liadou du Quilleur is an authentic Liadou whose handle is shaped from the wood used to make skittles and balls: hornbeam and massaranduba. Beautiful, noble and robust woods for our traditional Aveyron winemaker's knife.
The blade of each knife is engraved with the stylised silhouette of a skittles player.
As the material varies from one handle to the next, every Liadou du Quilleur is unique. Photos of the model shown are therefore for illustration only.

This knife is made with the greatest care. The handle materials are carefully selected. It is shaped by hand. The blade is made from the highest-performing steels and bears the registered trademark Le Liadou du Vallon®, guaranteeing the quality and origin of its products.
If, despite all our efforts, a manufacturing defect causing a fault or mechanical failure of the blade, spring, tang, liners, pins or screws were to appear, we undertake to repair the defective knife and send it back to you free of charge.

This knife is made in our workshop in Marcillac, Aveyron, France. Its assembly, polishing and sharpening are carried out exclusively by hand in the purest cutlery tradition, that is to say by one and the same cutler.
The registered trademark Le Liadou du Vallon® stamped on its blade guarantees its quality and origin.
