Table knives (fixed blade) with a hand-shaped handle in olive wood. This noble wood symbolises longevity and hope. Taken from a tree with a twisting trunk, its grain is incomparable. The blade is made of Z40C13 stainless steel (it does not rust). These knives have natural-material handles and must be washed by hand and dried promptly. They must never be put in the dishwasher.

This knife is made with the greatest care. The handle materials are carefully selected. It is shaped by hand. The blade is made from the highest-performing steels and bears the registered trademark Le Liadou du Vallon®, guaranteeing the quality and origin of its products.
If, despite all our efforts, a manufacturing defect causing a fault or mechanical failure of the blade, spring, tang, liners, pins or screws were to appear, we undertake to repair the defective knife and send it back to you free of charge.

This knife is made in our workshop in Marcillac, Aveyron, France. Its assembly, polishing and sharpening are carried out exclusively by hand in the purest cutlery tradition, that is to say by one and the same cutler.
The registered trademark Le Liadou du Vallon® stamped on its blade guarantees its quality and origin.
