Driven by the welcome and enthusiasm of its customers, our young Aveyron brand Le Liadou du Vallon ®, which produces and markets the authentic and emblematic knife of the Marcillac winegrowers is continuing its development and has just opened its first store on the Marcillac city tour, in the heart of the Vallon.

In 2016, the territory Conques – Marcillac was awarded the label "Vignobles et Découvertes" rewarding this exceptional wine tourism destination for its vineyards, its landscapes, its heritage, its culture and its gastronomy. Marcillac is located at the heart of the road linking Rodez - its Soulages Museum and Conques - medieval city on the way to Santiago de Compostela. Passing through Salles-la-Source, Nauviale or Saint-Cyprien sur Dourdou, this is indeed the cradle of our Liadou du Vallon ® and it is in this preserved setting conducive to discovering the terroir and its products, outdoor activities or strolls, that we have chosen to set up our shop.

In our company, quality and authenticity are not empty words. First our Liadou du Vallon ® is entirely made in Aveyron (including the blade, the spring and the handle plates), then our cutlers shape , assemble, polish and sharpen by hand with the greatest care and in the purest Aveyron cutlery tradition. The materials of the handle are chosen for their nobility and their beauty, the steels of the blade for the performance and the behavior of their cut for a reliable, elegant artisanal knife with an original design preserved. Because we are confident in our craftsmanship, the Liadou du Vallon ® is guaranteed for life and our associated services include maintenance, sharpening or other fine tuning .
