The soul of Aveyron in your hand
The "Liadou heritage" collection is an invitation to discover the living history of Aveyron through exceptional knives, handcrafted in our Marcillac-Vallon workshop. Each model pays tribute to a facet of the local heritage, whether historical, cultural, or artisanal ; and reflects our commitment to preserving and passing on ancestral know-how.
Among our flagship pieces, the Liadou de Conques stands out for its oak handle sourced from the old framework of the Sainte-Foy Abbey, recently dismantled during restoration work. Limited to 1,000 pieces, it embodies both the winemaking history of the region (brought here centuries ago by the monks of Conques) and the encounter between artistic cutlery and collective memory.
The Liadou Paul Lignon preserves a chapter of sporting history in Rodez and Aveyron. The Liadou du Quilleur celebrates the age-old tradition of the “quilles de huit” bowling game, while the Liadou Marcillac honors the winemakers of Marcillac. Each knife is a unique piece, telling the story of our land while perpetuating an exceptional craftsmanship.
